元素 employees recently joined forces with DREAM Alive, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring vulnerable youth in 印第安纳波利斯, to conduct a series of summer workshops focusing on financial literacy and career readiness.
Since 1930, 元素 has been committed to serving our community. Seven years ago, this dedication inspired the creation of Purpose Day — a special time when our employees unite to serve the causes we care about. This year we celebrated our 7th annual Purpose Day.
